The Wellington Green and Kingsgate neighborhoods are made up of 344 homes. These two neighborhoods are fortunate enough to share a GreenSpace just under 10 acres, a Junior Olympic sized Community Pool and a Recreation Field with Playground. The pool is the home to the Wellington Green GATORS Swim Team, host to SAIL swim meets, and a popular destination throughout the summer months for families of all ages. The WGRA Athletic Field currently serves as a satellite field for the Eastside YMCA hosting a field full of families each week March through December.
